The current app preview

The app itself does not request financial records, bank messages, bank credentials, contacts, location or an account. It has no expense backend connection, advertising or app analytics SDK. The current preview does not use AI processing.

TestFlight information

Apple collects information about beta installations and use, including diagnostics and feedback, and makes testing information available to the developer. It can include tester identity, device details, sessions and crashes. We use this information to investigate issues and improve SpendRelay. We do not share TestFlight information with unrelated third parties. Apple controls TestFlight’s own processing and retention; see TestFlight and privacy.

This website

The website is served by Google Firebase Hosting. It uses visitor IP addresses for service operation, abuse prevention and usage information. Firebase states that Hosting retains IP data for several months and may process information internationally. See Firebase privacy information. We have not added website analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or a signup form.

Support emails

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Google Gmail processes the correspondence. We use it to answer the request, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Please redact financial or sensitive information. We retain support correspondence while a request is open and for up to 12 months after closure, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can request earlier deletion, subject to necessary legal records.

Your choices and requests

Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you. We may need proportionate confirmation of your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority. For data Apple or Google controls directly, use the relevant provider’s privacy controls.

Future features and policy changes

Before account, spending-import, subscription or AI features become available, we will update this policy to describe their actual data handling and present any required choices in the app. Changes appear here with a new effective date. This policy does not describe unreleased features as active services.
